1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MultiClip AI ("MultiClip," "the Service"), operated at multiclip.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MultiClip is an AI-powered video clipping and repurposing platform. The Service allows users to upload long-form video content and receive short-form clips that are automatically detected, edited, and prepared for distribution across social media platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • MultiClip offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@multiclip.ai for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute content that you do not own or have the right to use.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload. By using the Service, you grant MultiClip a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Our platform: The MultiClip platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is owned by MultiClip and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Content Processing and Storage

Uploaded videos are processed using AI and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing completion, unless you choose to retain them. Generated clips are stored in your account and available for download or scheduling until you delete them or close your account.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiClip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiClip and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MultiClip operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
